    Awesome Snowblower!

    By Beetzer

    About Me

    Comments:

Awesome machine. Easy starting. Goes through snow like a hot knife through butter. It does tend to pull you around in a hurry though so put on your deep treaded boots and hang on. Nothing comes close to Toro quality and dependability.

      Comments:

This snowblower can really throw. I do about ten driveways on my road, and this thing never uses a full tank on all ten of them. It always starts one pull. It can throw the snow 35 feet easily. The only drawback to this unit is that it is tricky to control if there is less than 3" of snow, and it does kick out snow underneath it, but this is by no means a deal breaker. Bottom line, get it and you will never go back.

          Comments:

It came basically ready to go. I put on the handle and the chute put in the oil and gas primed it 3 times and she started on the first pull. It saved my back this week. I don't have a big yard/driveway but the drifting makes it seem like I do. 12/4-12/8 12"" of wind packed snow no problem.

This product needs re engineering in my opinion

          About Me

          Comments:

I have problems with the 721RC because of scraper and paddle design this snow blower kicks too much snow past scraper bar. I think it is hopping when paddle hits pavement causing snow to shoot underneath scraper leaving snow, so that i have to make additional passes to clean up. This not not just a break in problem with scraper and paddles, as i have already worn out one set already. Toro please come out with a fixed scraper retrofit, this blower is taking me twice as long to clean snow as before. Rip cord cuts into housing, then housing cuts rip cord

              Comments:

I used the snow blower this winter in aprox 14 inches of snow and the Toro 721 RC did a great job of clearing the driveway off. The only issue that I had was the left wheel came off and I was lucky to find the end cap that holds the wheel on. Toro needs to come up with a better way of attaching the wheel to the snow blower. So keep an eye on the wheels...

I have a Toro two cycle CCR 2000 that i have been using and maintaining for over twenty years. It has been a good machine. I just bought this new commercial model and let me tell you it is amazing! Buy this and you will absolutely love it. This commercial machine is rugged and full of power.
